Through The Ozi Experience, clients have access to a trained Zigam Associate who can provide four essential services in a single booking: Housekeeping, Wardrobe & Laundry, Errand Concierge, and Kitchen Operations.

The role
What you'll do
As a Zigam Associate, you will represent the Zigam brand while providing professional support to clients in their homes and workplaces.
You will be trained to deliver our four core service areas and may be assigned to different clients depending on their needs.
Housekeeping
Execute meticulous cleaning, deep sanitisation, and spatial organisation to maintain a pristine, luxury environment. Apply systemic alignment and aesthetic arrangement to rooms, surfaces, and common areas, ensuring the home or office is always in a state of perpetual readiness.
- Cleaning and maintaining assigned residential or workplace spaces
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping and vacuuming
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms and common areas
- Maintaining an organised and presentable environment
- Identifying areas requiring attention and proactively addressing them
Wardrobe & Laundry
Manage comprehensive wardrobe care, including sorting, specialised washing, delicate fabric handling, steam-finishing, and precise folding and hanging. Maintain organised closet inventories and coordinate seasonal wardrobe rotations with care.
- Sorting, washing, drying and folding clothing and household linens
- Ironing and appropriately storing garments
- Handling different fabrics and garments with care
- Maintaining high standards of garment and linen presentation
Errand Concierge
Manage trusted day-to-day household logistics, including curated errands, package management, and localised provisioning. Coordinate seamlessly with other service providers or estate staff to maintain smooth operational flow.
- Completing assigned personal and household errands
- Grocery and essential-item shopping
- Collection and delivery of items
- Supporting clients with everyday tasks requiring physical presence
- Handling client belongings and purchases responsibly
- Administration support
Kitchen Operations
Apply the professional culinary standard of mise en place — everything in its place — to private kitchens, supporting ingredient preparation and meal readiness.
- Manage pantry inventory, monitor expiration dates, and keep dry goods impeccably organised
- Provide deep sanitisation of kitchen surfaces, appliances and high-end tableware, maintaining a flawless, camera-ready environment for clients, private chefs or content creators
- Washing, peeling, chopping, slicing and portioning ingredients
- Supporting pantry and refrigerator organisation
- Maintaining cleanliness and order during food preparation
- Dishwashing and restoring the kitchen after use

Experience
Previous experience in any of the following would be advantageous:
Education & qualifications
Minimum requirements
- Minimum of a secondary school education or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Basic numeracy and literacy
- Ability to use a smartphone and basic digital applications
- Ability to complete Zigam's training and assessment programme
Advantageous, but not mandatory
- 1 year of professional experience in luxury hospitality, high-end housekeeping, or boutique concierge services
- Formal background or training in hospitality protocols, kitchen services, or professional textile care
- Hospitality certification
- Housekeeping training
- Food handling or culinary training
- Laundry experience or training
- Customer service certification
- Previous experience working in a professional service environment
Safety & vetting
Because Zigam Associates may work in private homes and businesses, successful applicants will be required to undergo Zigam's selection, verification and onboarding process. Candidates must successfully pass a rigorous multi-stage background check, identity verification, and professional reference assessment.
